A good harmonica/mouth organ is one you like playing.Do not be confused. The Blues Harp 10 hole harmonica is only one type of harmonica. As you say yourself there are so many types.Pick one you like the sound of.Remember a harmonica is only as good as the person who's playing it.In the wrong or inexperienced hands(and mouth!)the so called best harmonica can sound awful.Do not be suckered into buying the most expebsive big brand names.Start with a cheap harmonica.Remember too that cheap harmonicas do not mean cheap shoddy goods. The so called bottom of the range Chinese harmonicas are excellent!Don't forget who invented the darn harmonica. You guessed it - the Chinese!
